I am a psychologist and solo private practice business owner.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked in a variety of roles. This included working as a consultant on major infrastructure projects in Australia and on international development Projects in the Pacific. All of this work has required me to be able to quickly grasp situations and develop streamlined systems to facilitate the success of these projects.
When the cost of living crisis started to impact my business in 2023, I threw myself into marketing. Some things paid off, others not so much. However, I learnt a lot along the way and I’ve been able to turn my business around from having empty spots and feeling stressed, to having a fully booked calendar with clients I love working with. It’s made my work so much more enjoyable.
